What helps us answer well
Tell us the style you want to understand, whether you have practised before, and the times of day that are usually free. Mention a knee, a wrist or a preference for staying seated if that changes which format you want described.
We do not take payment on this website and we do not confirm a place automatically. Desk hours in Brighton are for reading messages: weekdays 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–14:00, local time. Sunday the desk is closed.
If something on the site is unclear, that is also a fair reason to write. The pages are here so you can look before you decide.
