Three paces, one question
Gentle Yoga leaves time between shapes. The point is to hear the instruction and try it without rushing the next one. It is often where people begin, and just as often where people return after a long gap.
Vinyasa Flow links one shape to the next with the breath. Curiosity about rhythm matters more than a catalogue of advanced postures. If continuous movement sounds interesting, ask what a session actually contains before you join one.
Meditation here means guided attention: noticing the breath, sitting in a way that you can stay with, and leaving the rest of the day outside the room for a short while. No earlier sitting practice is required to ask how it works.
