Unrolling the mat is already a beginning
Most people picture a class as something that starts when a teacher speaks. At home, it often starts earlier: moving a chair, closing one tab, deciding the phone can wait on the other side of the room.
Still Harbor treats those small preparations as part of the practice, not as a delay before the real thing. A mat on a stable floor, a window cracked open, water within reach — that is enough scenery.
If you are unsure which format fits, you do not have to decide from a photograph. Write and say whether you want a slower explanation, a continuous sequence, or a seated pause. We reply with information, not a countdown.
