Vinyasa Flow

Sequences in which the breath accompanies the change from one shape to the next.

Vinyasa Flow is for people curious about a continuous rhythm. One position leads into another. The teacher names the transition so you are not left guessing why the body is moving.

You do not need a catalogue of advanced postures to ask about this format. Tell us whether you have linked movement before, and whether you prefer to step rather than jump. We describe the pace before you decide.

What a session tends to include

A warm arrival, a repeated sequence you can learn by the second or third round, and a slower close. The emphasis is attention to the breath, not speed for its own sake.

Leave enough floor to step forward and back. If a wrist or knee changes how you want to move, mention it in your note so the description matches what you are asking about.
